Designed and implemented systems
ATIKA (Airport Touchscreen Information Kiosk Assistant)
ATIKA is a multiplatform and multidevice system designed to provide useful information, interactively and in real time, to passengers, airports and concessionaires.
- Passengers: it offers useful information related to the airport (flights, boarding gates, shops, restaurants, available services, notices, etc.).
- Airport: it provides useful and updated information regarding the behaviour of passengers within the airport (behaviour patterns, concentration of people in real time within the airport, heat maps, use of facilities, etc.).
- Concessionaires: it allows companies to manage their own information, which is displayed in the system.
ATIKA is a complete system, scalable and adaptable to each airport, that allows more efficient management of airport services while significantly improving passenger experience.
AERTASK / Mobile task management system
The AERTASK system allows the management of airport-related tasks, such as: gangways, cleaning, maintenance, assistance for PRM, quality control, etc. It provides third-party concessionaires with the tools they need to comply with airport SLA with mobile devices. More than 100 devices have been implemented in five locations.
Next-generation, multi-platform, telepresence-based remote passenger information system
Technological solutions to reduce the cost of information services at airports. Currently under evaluation at European airports and financial services companies, among other sectors.
Collection and payment management system for luggage trolleys
Optimisation of the management of luggage trolleys, while at the same time generating income from non-aeronautical activities. More than 40 units have been installed at Barcelona airport.
Interactive passenger information system
Created to provide superior quality to passengers and to enhance their airport experience. They are interactive kiosks that have been installed in the following airports: Madrid (8), Barcelona (8), Seville (4), Bilbao (4) and Gatwick (8). They were also acquired by the Iberia airline (24 information points and kiosks) for Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (terminal T4).
Passenger flow monitoring
This is a real-time passenger flow monitoring system with Bluetooth technology. It allows airport resources to be scaled by estimating the duration of queues at security checkpoints, thus improving passenger experience.
Installed at Barcelona airport as an R&D project, and currently being evaluated at Seville airport.
