In an airport terminal a multitude of services are developed (ground handling, security, cleaning, PRM assistance, baggage cart management, connection and disconnection of airbridges, facilities control…).
Modern-day airport management demands meticulous control and monitoring of the service quality levels associated to each task, helped greatly by the ability to assign and track these tasks in real time.
At AERTEC we have developed a solution that allows all the information related to each service to be recorded via PDA-type mobile devices. This information is then accessible from any PC connected via IP to the database that is monitoring the service.
