GPASE mobile application Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (Spain)

AERTEC design and developed GPASE, a mobile application for managing requests for information from airport passengers. With the GPASE Tablet system, information personnel register the following operations on their mobile devices (tablets) from anywhere in the airport, without having to use a computer: Queries, Incidents, Suggestions and Internal Notes.

Among other features, the application allows:
¬ Visualisation of flight information
The GPASE Tablet system allows you to check flight information in real time.
¬ Registration of queries with photographs
In addition to being able to register queries in the system, the information personnel can assign photographs to them, in order to provide more detail about the incident.
