Technical Advisory Services for Denver Great Hall Project Denver International Airport (USA)

AERTEC Solutions provided technical advisory services for the developer of the Denver Great Hall project, whose main objective was a complete refurbishment of the check-in and security screening areas of the Jeppesen terminal at Denver International Airport.

The scope of services included a comprehensive review of the concept design scheme prepared by the Design/Build Joint Venture, followed by an independent assessment of CAPEX and OPEX estimates. Also, AERTEC Solutions provided an independent review of the commercial concessionaires’ requirements, along with general technical advice on the more aviation-related and safety critical aspects of the development project.

Additionally, AERTEC Solutions supported the developer throughout the Asset Delivery Predevelopment phase, supervising and monitoring the concept design prepared by the DBJV for the Predevelopment Agreement.
