At an airport, objects lost by both passengers and airport service staff are found on a daily basis. The reception and return of lost items has become a compulsory task and its responsibility falls on the airport. Proper management of this activity improves the passenger assistance service and optimises the activity of personnel.
AERTEC has designed LOST & FOUND, a software solution that digitises the management of lost items via a logical process: reception followed by a meticulous identification process of the object – by means of pictures, date of delivery, person who delivers and/or claims, physical signature, contact data and finally return. In addition, it allows the quality of the service provided to be measured through reports and statistics.
The interface, with innovative architecture and a contemporary design, is a robust tool, scalable and easy to use, which allows the digitalisation of the entire management of the lost item. Moreover, in very few steps:
