Aerocali S.A. / Business advisory & Transaction support and due diligence

Date: 2017-2018

AERTEC Solutions carried out the pre-feasibility work necessary to analyse the feasibility of the public private partnership (PPP framework) project by performing preliminary economic, technical, environmental impact and land studies for the Alfonso Bonilla Aragón de Palmira (Valle de Cauca), El Edén de Armenia (Quindío), Benito Salas de Neiva (Huila) and Perales de Ibagué (Tolima) airports.

The aim of the work was to quantify and compare the various options, allowing the project to be analysed from various perspectives. The completion of this stage made it possible to objectively select the best project option and analyse the technical, economic, environmental and land characteristics, allowing the feasibility of the solution to be determined during the pre-feasibility stage.

Additionally, preliminary and summarised information about the key aspects of the structuring of the project were presented in the pre-feasibility study.
