¬ In accordance with a BPMS management system, the operational processes and their corresponding control indicators were defined and developed, put together in an balanced scorecard.
¬ The costs associated with the operation service were also estimated, including amongst others: infrastructures and property rules, HR, logistics resources, stock and transport management.
¬ As a result, LTK’s bid was awarded the management and operation service of the logistics centre.
