Within the context of due diligence, AERTEC Solutions carried out a technical & operational analysis for the development of six airports in the Dominican Republic:

¬ Las Américas International Airport (SDQ)

¬ Gregorio Luperón International Airport (POP)

¬ Presidente Juan Bosch International Airport (AZS)

¬ La Isabela International Airport (JBQ)

¬ María Montez International Airport (BRX)

¬ Arroyo Barril Airport (EPS)

The services provided included a traffic forecast audit, a review of the capacity-demand cross reference and of the development masterplans, estimates for the required CAPEX and REPEX and a long term OPEX forecast of the airports conforming the group. The business model was also audited to maximise EBITDA and examine VAN and TIR results.

AERTEC Solutions added value to this due diligence project through its experience in the Latin American market. The work was carried out effectively, based on actual CAPEX and OPEX ratios from the area, and our team also accompanied the client during their visits to the airports. An efficient support service was provided throughout the entire process.
