¬ Drawing up the planning for A350XWB wing covers at an engineering, manufacturing and production level > Monitoring and control of evolutions.
¬ Interdependence meetings involving the Wing Cover Team with other IPTs (development teams of the aircraft’s different parts) to coordinate the different planning time scales.
¬ Drawing up executive reports on the wing covers.
¬ Updating UP (Unified Planning) information and creating new tasks and milestones to maintain the systems’ planning.
¬ A350XWB-1000 Routebook planning improvement.
¬ Providing support to the development of the new Wing Lower Cover Industrial Plan with the APC Jaguar tool > Plan assurance at the Illescas plant.
¬ Industrial impact planning of Batch3 implementation in the production process.
¬ Planning the necessary wing cover (upper and lower) testing.
¬ Configuration management > Change request implementation.
¬ Risk identification and project status reporting.
