¬ Providing support to the Chief Engineer in the integration project on the new APU for the A320. This is a three-year project that forms part of the SCOPE 3250 project, which aims to reduce the A320’s manufacturing costs by 10%.
¬ Updating and maintaining the project’s risks in the ARM (Activate Risk Manager), including both internal risks affecting the APU project, as well as the SCOPE project’s critical risks.
¬ Drawing up risk reports and presenting them to the rest of the team at monthly meetings.
¬ Dashboard reporting on the APU project’s status for SCOPE managers.
¬ Monthly supplier review, planning and risk monitoring.
¬ Master Action List. Updating and managing corrective actions.
¬ Updating and reviewing the APU project’s internal milestones and drawing up progress reports.
