Mr Martin Phelan, the Trade & Investment Director at the UK Embassy in Spain, visited AERTEC Solutions’ facilities at the Andalusia Technology Park (PTA) accompanied by Mr Joe Cooper, the UK’s Honorary Consul in Seville.
Mr Vicente Padilla, AERTEC Solutions’ General Manager, welcomed the delegation. Along with managers of the Innovation and Technology Development Area, he explained various aspects about AERTEC Solutions’ participation in several R&D and innovation projects with British companies and research institutions.
He also informed the Embassy’s representatives about the importance the company has placed on the British market, where it has been developing projects in collaboration with local firms for more than twelve years. Given the strategic importance the UK market has for AERTEC Solutions, part of the company’s General Management has, in fact, moved to Bristol, which was seen by Mr Phelan in a very positive light.
Growth in the British market forms part of the company’s international expansion plan, which has decided to consolidate and increase its presence in Europe and North Africa, as well as to extend its activity to new areas of strategic interest, like South America.
