“I am fortunate to work with colleagues with much expertise who have helped improve my technical skills. From a personal point of view, I have learnt how to manage my emotions, have empathy and streamline efforts.”
My first few days at AERTEC
I did my Advance Training Programme internship at AERTEC and was asked to join the company after my internship. The world of aeronautics was new to me, but I have learned a lot after seven years. I would highlight how complex airport management can be or the large number of different work positions and the high degree of professionalism in the sector.
My career at AERTEC
Since I joined the company, I have learned through two paths: from a technical point of view, I am very fortunate to have worked with colleagues with more experience than me, who have helped me improve and grow professionally. And from a personal point of view, I have learnt how to manage my emotions, have empathy and streamline efforts. All in all, the experience has been very positive.
What I liked the most about working at AERTEC
Without a doubt, the best thing is AERTEC’s staff. I’m no longer in the company, but I’m still in contact with many of them.
My colleagues
It’s hard to define a group of persons, because each individual has their own virtues and flaws. However, I would say that all are: empathetic, good professionals and, above all, good people. I think that someone who is not a good person will never be a good professional.
Life beyond the office: my hobbies
I have very ordinary hobbies which I enjoy a lot: running and reading.
