Management system
Quality management
AERTEC has an integrated management system that is certified according to the following standards: ISO 9001 Quality Management, EN 9100 Quality Management for the Aerospace Industry, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety. Its goal is to meet the needs of clients and motivate all personnel, while continually improving the company’s management efficacy.
Our integrated management system came into being with the ISO 9001 certification in 2001, testifying to its maturity and growth over multiple years of operation.
The system is based on the company’s core processes, which are identified in order to allow regular monitoring of the indicators associated with them.
These indicators facilitate early handling of potential deficiencies through preventive and corrective measures, enabling their prompt resolution.
Our quality management system is based on the company’s core processes, which are identified in order to allow regular monitoring of the indicators associated with them.
In addition, each project has a series of tools that allow continuous monitoring of the following areas:
- Client requirements.
- Risks associated with the project.
- Planning.
- Review of deliverables.
- Management of incidents associated with the project.
- Environmental aspects.
Periodically, the Quality Department carries out internal audits to verify the proper operation of the system, and ensure that it is in line with the fulfilment of our clients’ requirements.
The results of these audits are assessed by the company’s senior management, who then work with the Quality Department in order to implement any potential improvements detected, while ensuring to always keep all employees of AERTEC involved in the system. All this, along with other aspects of our work philosophy, can be seen reflected in our company policy, the full document of which is available to anyone who may be interested.
