The most important companies in the sector are collaborating on the Master's in RPAS.

A new edition of... is set to be developed by the University of Huelva, with the cooperation of staff from the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA), the University of Seville, and the main companies in the aeronautical sector. Master's Degree in Remotely Piloted Aerial Systems (RPAS).

This Master's degree was created under the auspices of the CEUS projectCentre of Excellence for Medium and Large Unmanned Aerial Systems, located in Huelva, in the vicinity of the “El Arenosillo” Experimentation Centre (CEDEA, INTA), which is intended, in its design and development, to be one of the most advanced in the world and a benchmark at European level.

The fundamental aim of the Master's degree is to train young university professionals, in all facets of Design, research and development of RPAS, so that these can be integrated into non-segregated airspace.

During the first edition, which began last year and whose training phase is currently underway, 30 students from eight technical and scientific specialities in various fields of engineering, physics, and mathematics have received unique, top-tier training to apply their knowledge in the aeronautical sector of medium and large unmanned aircraft. While their training also allows them to enter the sector of those known as light aircraft (under 25 kg).

Subsequently, students are developing their training phase at major companies in the aerospace sector, which have decided to invest in this exciting and innovative teaching project: Airbus, Boeing, AERTEC Solutions, Ayesa, Altran, Alter Technology, Everis, INDRA, INTA, ISDEFE, SCR, Skylife, Win inertia, USOL, UTW… to date.
