Our programme ‘Engineers of the Future’ aims to inspire careers in aerospace engineering. We welcome students to our offices, where our engineers share their experiences and explain how they carry out projects in the sector.
We collaborate with the Official College of Aeronautical Engineers of Spain (COIAE) and the association They Fly High in a children's competition designed to spark curiosity about engineering from an early age. Through this initiative, boys and girls participate in Creative and dynamic challenges, where they develop innovative solutions applied to the aerospace world.
In collaboration with the Project LIBERA, We participated in a beach and natural environment clean-up and waste analysis day. Our team contributed to the collection and characterisation of waste, helping to raise awareness about environmental pollution.
We are participating in the national initiative «Science and Technology in Feminine», which aims to motivate more young people to choose STEM careers. Through workshops, exhibitions, and competitions, we promote female talent in science and technology.

The alliance aims to foster collaboration and dialogue to define the best route towards net-zero emissions aviation, with the participation of engineering firms, aircraft manufacturers, airports, airlines, fuel producers, and other entities such as IATA, UPM, and ECODES.
AERTEC is part of the Alliance for the Use of Green Hydrogen in Aviation, a Spanish initiative that brings together the main players in the aeronautical, energy, and public administration sectors, with the aim of decarbonising aviation by promoting and consolidating hydrogen as a clean energy vector.
