Working Conditions

We ensure that all employees enjoy their labour rights, and we do not tolerate forced labour, threats, coercion, abuse, discrimination, violence or intimidation, or child labour in our work environment. We guarantee the right of our employees to belong to the trade union of their choice and do not tolerate any form of retaliation or hostile action towards employees who participate in trade union activities.

Work Placements or Training Contracts

We participate in training initiatives with Universities and Training Centres to facilitate access to employment for people who have just finished their studies.
