The aim of this project was the provision of planning and production control services for the EDV programme. The services provided by AERTEC included:
¬ Planning of operations to be completed and outstanding work. Generation of production reports of and risk management
¬ Monitoring and analysis of estimated hours versus real hours. Generation of reports
¬ Coordination of outstanding work with FAL management team
¬ Reports of work in progress and assessment of possible changes
¬ Production control and management
¬ Daily control and monitoring of workforce
¬ Ensure that all elements are at right place in correct time, in coordination with logistics
¬ Management of production orders
