The participation of AERTEC in this project led by UMI Aeronautica has built on its experience in developing industrial plans based on the Lean Manufacturing methodology. AERTEC’s work in this project included:
¬ Study of legal and administrative aspects for enterprise deployment in Poland.
¬ Logistical plant planning and industrial organisation based on Lean methodology. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools.
¬ Layout of the new facility. ¬ Study of different logistics scenarios, evaluation of investment and global resources costs.
¬ Participation in the development of business and industrial plan.
