Andalusia's aeronautical industry generates almost 500 new jobs

Last year, the Andalusian aeronautical industry's turnover increased by 6% and generated almost 500 new jobs. The sector is growing and diversifying its portfolio of products and clients to reduce risks and provide stability.

According to Europa Press, during the presentation of the “Statistical Report of the Aerospace Sector in Andalusia,” the Minister of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment of the Regional Government of Andalusia, Antonio Ávila, pointed out that these results demonstrate that the Andalusian aerospace sector is a “strong and consolidated industry, a strategic activity that creates wealth and employment and strengthens and regenerates the productive fabric.” ,

For his part, the President of the Business Action Council of the Hélice Foundation, and CEO of AERTEC Solutions, Antonio Gómez-Guillamón, highlighted three positive aspects that make these results possible: the presence of AIRBUS in Andalusia, an increasingly cohesive business fabric, and the support of the Administration.
