Strategic development for a Benslimane and Tit Mellil dual airport scenario in Casablanca (Morocco).
This project consisted of a study to define the development strategy of a dual airport scenario for the two airports of Benslimane and Tit Mellil near Casablanca in Morocco.
The work was carried out over the following three phases:
¬ Phase 1: Evaluation of current situation of Benslimane and Tit Mellil airports
¬ Phase 2: Strategic analysis of development opportunities accounting for relevant impacts on the region
¬ Phase 3: Definition of the necessary actions and measures required to implement the dual airport plan
