The value of work in external centres

Normality in our day-to-day lives is substantially conditioned by the physical location of our colleagues, usually at the customer's premises. The professional effort which we naturally exercise in our performances, is increased when the contractor's supervision is not limited to the final product, but to the development of the mechanisms that give rise to it, We are also involved in the intervention of the recipient of the service in the constant broadening of the scope of competences for our professionals, or in the continuous monitoring of the improvements we propose.

Although from an objective point of view there is a loss of independence factors when carrying out work at the client's premises, it is also true that this situation of pressure allows us to to get first-hand knowledge of the most immediate needs related to the production process and, likewise, to get ahead of the curve in many cases to the future needs of the companies contracting the service. For all these reasons, we form a qualified team backed by years of experience in the sector, which allows us to make specific consultancy or advisory contributions to the tasks entrusted to us, especially in the new ideas and implementations required by our beneficiaries.

At the customer's premises we become efficient and effective managers, but with a very important incentive, we have developed a management approach shared by our service recipients. Almost always with a voice, and sometimes with a vote, we participate in joint decision-making involving our department when we are given the opportunity and, bearing in mind that we are just one part of the business network of large customers, this is an important factor to take into account, as we automatically add value to the work we do, which is undoubtedly reflected in the final product sold by our customers.

It is perhaps because of all these complex situations that I describe that we can say that we have grown and continue to grow professionally in pursuit of our objectives, with self-demanding and independent The specific knowledge of the work, but without forgetting the intrinsic dependence on the development of our activities in external centres.
