"It is an honour to join a company with such an outstanding track record in the aerospace industry. I am committed to amplifying its international recognition as a leader in innovation and technology, Zmetek stressed.

Victor Amaro has developed an outstanding international career in the financial area, working in Spain, Germany, Italy, Greece and the UK. With experience in sectors such as biotechnology, renewable energy and pharmaceuticals, he has worked with global companies such as Sartorius and Famar. His track record includes managing multinational teams and implementing financial strategies that have optimised operational efficiency and fostered international expansion.

Amaro stated: "I am excited to join AERTEC. My goal is to strengthen its financial structure to support its global growth plans with sound and strategic management.

Antonio Gómez-Guillamón, CEO of AERTEC, said: "We are delighted to have Melanie and Victor as part of our team. Their experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in continuing to drive the innovation and excellence for which we are known. Their arrival reinforces our commitment to global talent and operational excellence.

With these additions, AERTEC reaffirms its position as a benchmark in the aerospace industry and its commitment to leading technological transformation in its areas of specialisation.
