Integrated planning

¬ Ensure the updating of the KAP level 1 team and guarantee the rapid cascade effect of the KAP team at all levels once there is new programme planning.

¬ Provide information on planning changes affecting team logistics.

¬ Carry out all simulations necessary for scenario building.

Transport management

¬ Manage the logistics of the A400M to allocate slots for the transport of its main components with Airbus International Transport (AIT).

¬ Convene specific meetings and propose mitigation of potential disagreements.

¬ Rapid update of transport due to last minute changes from production plants.

Management of equipment and loose items

¬ Finalisation of the end-to-end planning process of agreed and pending tasks

¬ Maintenance of the equipment database (EMD)

¬ Nominal and reject flow management

Support for St. Nazaire's activities in Seville

¬ Coordination of the activities of the St. Nazaire factory at the Seville FAL.

¬ Attendance at industry coordination meetings, creation and updates of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting

Change management

¬ Monitoring and oversight of design modifications up to the Change Control Committee (CCB), industrial impact assessment and early warning in programme planning.
