The aim of this project is to provide a technical solution for the implementation of new workstations to develop the manufacturing process for the new Falcon.
Prior to the design, the operation of each harrow is studied with both the client and the manufacturer, compiling the information for each piece of equipment regarding the load transmitted at the support points and the requirements for electrical supply, compressed air and suction, in order to define the necessary piping.
The drafting of the project envisages:
- Definition of the areas to be demolished for the execution of the new foundations.
- Design of the foundations required for each station.
- Laying of piping for the installations necessary for the operation of equipment and tools.
- Provision of connection points for the facilities required for each station.
Site management: Execution of means for the manufacture of the New Falcon in Hall A. Airbus factory in Tablada.
Within the framework contract, Airbus awarded AERTEC the project design and project management for the remodelling of several stations to accommodate new machines for the production of the NFalcon aircraft.
Optional management services controlling and advising the work of the construction company during the execution of the work.
Temporal and economic control of the work and supervision of the quality of execution.
