The scope of services provided by AERTEC was:
¬ Diagnosis of current operations through meetings with the client and field work at the current site.
¬ A working hypothesis based on 5S and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
¬ Organisational study of the assembly process of the C-235 and C-295 aircraft at the EADS CASA facility in Sao Paulo.
¬ Workflows were defined, classified and developed. as integrated logistics resources in the logistics chain, both for the main aircraft parts and for the JiT supply from the control warehouse to the assembly areas.
¬ The levels of work were organised through the design of plans that ensure the optimal location of materials and industrial and logistical resources, enabling better productivity levels to be achieved.
