Support to the A400M Retrofit MRO area in the Project Management for the industrialisation of the A400M Retrofit Pulse Line industrialisation (2018-Present).
AERTEC provides AIRBUS D&S with its Project Management services for the industrialisation of the new Pulse Line in the Retrofit of the A400M Programme being carried out in Spain (Madrid and Seville) and Germany (Manching).
¬ Designing the governance of the project.
¬ Design of the WBS (WPs, WP Leaders, MFTs,...)
¬ Creation of the project's Plateau LayOut.
¬ Design, creation and follow-up of Committee meetings and WPs/MFTs.
¬ Design, creation and follow-up of the Daily and Weekly Report structure.
¬ Planning and organisation of the different phases of the project's WPs.
¬ Monitoring and reconciliation of milestones.
¬ Development and monitoring of KPI's that measure the progress of the different WPs of the project.
¬ Creation of tools for the management of Risks and Opportunities and their weekly monitoring.
¬ Implementation of different action plans to mitigate the delays that arise.
¬ Study and monitoring of resource balancing according to load vs. capacity.
The client has been provided with assistance in Project Management, harmonising Project Management practices and their continuous improvement, through methodological support to the client based on
