Project management of the new development of the A330 programme, A330 Neo Passenger Door 1 upgrade project and A330 HTP leading edge and lid modification project. Support to Beluga XL aircraft development and A330 MTOW 251T weight reduction project.
¬ Monitoring, control and synchronisation of the project in terms of Quality, Costs and Planning.
¬ Monitoring of the progress of engineering and manufacturing work, for internal and external functions with the supplier.
¬ Synchronisation of activities and re-planning of tasks, milestone tracking, impact management and prioritisation.
¬ Monitoring and measurement of project status for decision making. Development of weekly and monthly reports on the status of the project: configuration, status of deliverables, resources and organisation, cost and budget status.
¬ Periodic meetings to monitor and report on the status of the programme.
¬ Updating UP in terms of time and cost
