Business advice (2016-2017)
AERTEC provided technical consultancy services to the developer of the Great Hall project, the purpose of which was to fully renovate the check-in and security checkpoint areas of the Jeppesen terminal at Denver International Airport.
The scope of services included a review of the conceptual design scheme prepared by the design/build joint venture (DBJV), followed by an independent assessment of the CAPEX and OPEX estimates. AERTEC also conducted an independent review of the commercial concessionaires' requirements and provided technical advice on the most aviation-related and safety-critical aspects of the development project.
Furthermore, AERTEC supported the developer during the pre-development phase of asset delivery, overseeing and reviewing the concept design prepared by the DBJV for the pre-development agreement.
