Airport operating procedures and manuals + training (2016-2020)

An aircraft apron is a place where there are numerous hazards to people, so clear rules and procedures are required to ensure safe, smooth and efficient operation.

AERTEC joined forces with AIRBUS Defence & Space to prepare, design and implement the Apron Safety Protocol at the San Pablo Sur factory in Seville (Spain).

The following work was completed:

Training Plan and associated methodology

¬ Designing the Training Plan

¬ Preparing training documents: presentations, exams, templates, methods, etc.

¬ Creating virtual classroom codes for online training

New apron safety and signage manual

¬ Preparing the manual

¬ Information leaflet

Translation of documents

¬ English translation of the prepared documents

In-person training

¬ Conducting face-to-face training sessions

AERTEC drew on its previous experience in operational safety and apron safety regulations. We prepared the regulatory documents and training methodology, which will help the AIRBUS DS factory and its users to maintain the safety levels and smooth operation required by a facility of this kind.
