Analysis and monitoring of service levels (2014)
AERTEC took part in the development of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on operating and maintenance activities at Jubail Airport, as well as developing their corresponding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The joint civil and military use of the airport facilities was taken into account in this design.
Passenger services, aircraft operations, cargo handling, safety and security, fire fighting services, ground handling activities, etc. are included under operating activities.
Regarding maintenance, SLAs on both airside facilities (runway, apron, etc.) as well as on landside facilities, such as the terminal building and the corporate aviation terminal, are included.
The Service Level Agreements will have to be fulfilled by the concessionaire that will operate at Jubail Airport in the future, which is owned by the Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu.
