The first Specialised Master in RPAS The first medium and large-scale aerospace training course in Europe is taught in Andalusia, specifically in Huelva. The lack of specialised engineers in this field led, three years ago, to the launch at the University of Huelva of this unique training offer, in which teaching staff from the National Institute for Aerospace Technology (INTA), the University of Seville and the most important companies in the aeronautics sectorThe University of Huelva, as well as the University of Huelva itself, are developing their students professionally in the RPAS industry.
The first training stage of the Master's degree covers the training in advanced RPAS subjects such as regulations, propulsion, dynamics and control, payload management, avionics and operation. The activities of these modules are developed between the facilities of the School of Engineering of the University of Huelva and the Experimentation Centre of El Arenosillo (CEDEA), headquarters of the National Institute of Aerospace Technology. But the Master's also has a highly practical orientationwhich finds one of its main focuses of interest in the Business Days. From 18 to 25 January, at the Campus del Carmen of the University of Huelva, the most important companies in the aerospace sector presented themselves to the Master's students to present the development of their latest advances in the RPAS sector.
AERTEC Solutions, together with Airbus, Boeing Research&Technology, FADA-CATEC, Altran, Ayesa and Alter, among others, joins for the third consecutive year this educational project in which it will contribute with its experience in the area of unmanned systems. As a collaborating company, AERTEC Solutions will also host several Master's students to carry out their internships at the end of the course, and will help them to carry out an engineering project in the field of RPAS as their Master's thesis.
