Rankings are published from time to time showing us the biggest airports, the busiest, the most beautiful, the most desirable, the most boring, the cleanest, the quietest, the most sustainable, the best restaurants, the most attractions... and as many lists as you can imagine.
And the truth is that in most cases, and without being aware of it, airport operators and managers tend to look sideways at the rankings to see if their airport appears in any of them. And they are right to do so. Users are becoming increasingly sensitive to feedback of others. In today's multicommunicated society, the dissemination of user data and opinions plays an increasingly important role in decision-making.
