Industrial and intellectual protection policy

The company AERTEC Group and its subsidiaries, identified by the single registered trademark AERTEC Group, implement and maintain an Industrial and Intellectual Protection System with the aim of protecting and safeguarding the knowledge and information that we share in relation to our customers and to protect the knowledge generated within the company.

AERTEC Group' Policy is set out in the following guidelines, approved by the Top Management:

• • The Top Management accepts responsibility for overseeing the Processing of Classified Assets and their strategic importance.
  • To ensure that there is compliance with the commitments made in confidentiality agreements entered into with our customers, partners, suppliers and other entities associated with the company.
  • Security measures are implemented for communications information systems and infrastructures.
  • AERTEC Group' employees agree to protect and work in a manner that ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all work relating to the performance of activities specified by our customers.
  • Compliance with the applicable legislation and regulations and the commitment to voluntarily comply with the established requirements.
  • To implement continuous feedback with customers and employees in order to continuously improve the security in our processes.
  • To create a working environment in which Industrial and Intellectual Protection is recognised and deemed as having competitive and strategic value. Additionally, to create a general culture in which work is performed in a secure and diligent manner that does not increase the levels of risk to which AERTEC Group may be exposed.
