An airport is composed of various interconnected systems that run multiple complex management processes. Therefore, airport management harnesses technology and continuous improvement to boost efficiency and increase revenue.

AERTASK is a technological tool developed by airport experts, designed to digitalise, control and monitor the different airport processes in real time, such as: cleaning, boarding bridges, PRM, operations and maintenance.

The tool offers different levels of access and specific permissions according to each user profile: operator, supervisor and administrator are the standard profiles, but they can also be customised to meet the needs of each airport.

Its management capabilities include:

  • Planning (tasks and personnel).
  • Less time spent inputting data into systems.
  • Optimised use of allocated resources.
  • Measurement and certification of service quality levels.
  • Fewer human errors.
  • Eliminates the need to use paper.

The structure of the system makes it possible to maintain a robust core and architecture with common functionalities, together with a specific vertical layer for each activity, enabling rapid adaptation to each process and reducing the level of customisation.

AERTASK adapts to the processes (business rules) according to the airport’s requirements (operations, services, maintenance, planning, etc.) and needs (frequency and precision). It integrates with operational systems (AODB, RMS, etc.) to ensure information integrity and automated task creation.
