Project objectives

Project led by AIRBUS Defence and Space, with the participation of AERTEC, AVANADE and PLAIN CONCEPTS as partners. The aim is to improve the aeronautical industry's competitiveness and efficiency by promoting the application of technologies related to communication, connectivity, remote expert support, the use of information with immersive media, and intelligent information analysis.

AERTEC’s contribution

AERTEC was responsible for the following activities:

Creation of the remote support environment.
Development of data analysis technologies adapted to interrelated sets of microdata.

AERTEC was also involved in:

Mindful factory.

As a result of the expert remote support platform developed under the HERMES project, the following initiatives have been promoted within AERTEC:

Improvement of the ATIKA platform implemented in airports.

Development of expert support solutions.

The project's file number is ITC-20151093 and it has been co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the "Smart Growth Operating Programme 2014-2020" and the Ministry of the Economy and Competitiveness through the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) under the ERDF INNTERCONECTA 2015 call.
