The aim is to develop technology tools that allow system verification processes to be carried out in a reliable and safe way at a low cost and with high impact on the attainment of high-quality products. It is to be used throughout the aircraft’s life cycle, from the product's conception phase right up to its manufacturing process and operational phase (maintenance, overhaul and repairs).
AERTEC’s contribution
The key activities performed by AERTEC were as follows:
Extended CATS verification system.
Development of software tool coding techniques.
Improved security for verification tools.
New concepts in the way verification processes are defined and displayed.
Creation of the GTR (Grand Test Requirement).
