GPASE is a mobile application that is used to manage requests for information made by passengers who use the airport.
With the GPASE Tablet system, information personnel register the following operations on their mobile devices (tablets) from anywhere in the airport, without having to use a computer: Queries, Incidents, Suggestions and Internal Notes.
Among other features, the application streamlines the following:
- Flight information display: the GPASE Tablet system allows you to view flight information in real time.
- Registration of queries with photographs: in addition to registering queries in the system, information personnel can assign photographs to them, to provide further details about each incident.
