We help to translate airport project objectives and proposals into an airport IT master plan.
We guide and work closely with airport managers to establish the limits of IT systems in terms of operations, value and financing:
We work closely with airport managers and technicians to manage, design, procure and deploy new systems:
We help airports to define day-to-day operations, predictive and preventive maintenance, staffing requirements, support processes, etc.
An airport is composed of various interconnected systems that run multiple complex management processes. Therefore, airport management harnesses technology and continuous improvement to boost efficiency and increase revenue. AERTASK is a technological tool developed by airport experts, designed to digitalise, control and monitor the different airport processes in real time such as: cleaning, boarding bridges, PRM, operations and maintenance. The tool offers different levels of access and specific permissions according to each user profile: operator, supervisor and administrator are the standard profiles, but they can also be customised to meet the needs of each airport. Its management capabilities include:
The structure of the system makes it possible to maintain a robust core and architecture with common functionalities, together with a specific vertical layer for each activity, enabling rapid adaptation to each process and reducing the level of customisation. AERTASK adapts to the processes (business rules) according to the airport’s requirements (operations, services, maintenance, planning, etc.) and needs (frequency and precision). It integrates with operational systems (AODB, RMS, etc.) to ensure information integrity and automated task creation.
In an airport there are many events related to passengers that are not taken into account by any system. The capture and analysis of these events provides relevant information to the airport and to passengers. ATIKA (Airport Touchscreen Information Kiosk Assistant) is a multi-device system that captures this data and translates it into customised, interactive information in real time, allowing the passenger to decide when to interact with the system and with which device.
ATIKA improves the passenger’s travel experience and helps the airport to improve its performance:
With the GPASE system, information staff record the following operations on their devices (both fixed and mobile) from anywhere in the airport: Common queries and frequently asked questions, incidents, suggestions and internal notes.
Among other features, the application streamlines the following:
AUTONOMY FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED: Better accessibility for visually impaired people with reliable and accurate information. They can use the app on their smartphone and find the location of the markers with their camera, be guided to the location of the marker by sounds and listen to a recording of the information at that location.
WAYFINDING: This complements the existing indoor positioning solutions on the market. These markers are placed in key locations and, when scanned, through the use of augmented reality, behave differently depending on the guest's destination.
ON-DEMAND INFORMATION: MARKERS also provides enhanced multimedia information on the airport's points of interest. Through these markers, users obtain highly useful information about shops, restaurants, flights, etc. It can also be customised based on their destination.
