The main tasks performed in this project were:
¬ Workflows and logistics process analysis, to achieve correct operation.
¬ Definition of IT requirements between ELC- FAL-suppliers, establishing the basis to integrate the ELC into the management of the supply chain of the A400M programme.
¬ Development of functional specifications for the infrastructures and logistics resources, along with the selection criteria of the logistics operator.
