Feasibility study of five colombian airports for their subsequent concession

 

For this project the client required a technical, financial and legal feasibility study to be carried out on five airports in Colombia, aimed at the privatisation of all or some of these airports.

The scope of works for this project carried out by AERTEC Solutions in joint venture with two local firms, was developed in three stages:

¬ Phase 1: Due dilligence and diagnostics.

¬ Phase 2: Technical, financial and legal restructuring.

¬ Phase 3: Selection, award and legalisation of private/public concession contracts and handover of airports.
