ADAC needs the building to be ready for opening as soon as possible as it is essential to carry out the relevant tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Development programme \/ Main projects <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Midfield terminal building (MTB): 742,000 m2 floor area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Midfield terminal airside (MTA): 400,500 m2, 65 contact stands with a US military auxiliary radio system: (MARS) and 49 GH \u2013 106 PBBS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Midfield terminal landside (MTL): 5.5 km (primary roads) and 6.2 km (secondary roads)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilities and power distribution <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automated people mover (APM): 6 carriages per train, 360-passenger capacity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AERTEC will be involved in <strong>defining the business processes<\/strong> through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Developing and verifying business process mapping levels 1, 2 and 3 for all functions in conjunction with work groups and stakeholders, and ensuring that business objectives are aligned with service levels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Helping to define, develop, implement and efficiently maintain a set of effective processes and systems for airport operations, including interconnections with other business units and organisations, both internal and external, taking into account ADAC standards and systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are also <strong>supporting improvements to airport services<\/strong> as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Reviewing the service model and, in turn, identifying gaps affecting ASQ and other quality indicators, ensuring that there are contracts, processes and procedures in place to fill these gaps.
