The contract is managed by the Andean Development Corporation (CAF) with funds provided from the UK Prosperity Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is a <strong>newly-built airport (greenfield)<\/strong> and will replace La Nubia Airport, which serves the city of Manizales and the Caldas Department. Once it starts operating, the Aeropuerto del Caf\u00e9 is expected to reach 1 million passengers in the next 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Aeropuerto del Caf\u00e9 project is composed of three stages, based on the paved runway length and design aircraft: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Stage I: 1460 metres and ATR-72 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Stage II: 2480 metres and Airbus A320 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Stage III: 3680 metres and Airbus A340<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work is divided into two separate phases:<br><br> <strong>Phase I<\/strong> consists of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Verifying, reviewing and validating existing technical studies and designs up to Stage II of the project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Identifying the best contract management model for the construction of Stage I of the project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Preparing the airport planning document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Phase II <\/strong>consists of the overall structuring itself, which will culminate in the concession being granted under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme for Stage I of the Project. Under this, at its own risk, the concessionaire will carry out the final studies and designs for: financing, environmental, property and social management, operations, construction, routine and periodic maintenance, commercial operations and handover of the airport infrastructure project. It comprises:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Business analysis: demand forecast; revenue, operating cost and investment projections; financial and accounting forecast models; identification of legal (legal due diligence), property, environmental, social and risk-related requirements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Structuring of the PPP model: considering deadlines, responsibility for the investment, scope of the concession and distribution \/ allocation of risks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Preparation of the contractual stage: documents related to the future tendering process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Analysis, assessment, selection and strengthening of the awarding entity; from various candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AERTEC's technical experience in the conception, planning and design of airport infrastructures was essential for this contract.<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":11757,"template":"","etiquetas-proyectos":[425,426],"class_list":["post-6993","proyecto","type-proyecto","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","etiquetas-proyectos-aeropuertos","etiquetas-proyectos-aeropuertos-consultoria"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/aertecsolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/proyecto\/6993","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/aertecsolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/proyecto"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/aertecsolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/proyecto"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/aertecsolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/proyecto\/6993\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":11758,"href":"https:\/\/aertecsolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/proyecto\/6993\/revisions\/11758"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/aertecsolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/11757"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/aertecsolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=6993"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"etiquetas-proyectos","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/aertecsolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/etiquetas-proyectos?post=6993"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
