service levels (2008-present)<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Regulation (EC) 1107\/2006 of the European Parliament, since July 2008 all European airports have been required to provide a free service for <strong>passengers with reduced mobility<\/strong> or with any form of disability (PMR), in order to guarantee the right of all persons to enjoy air transport between any points within Europe or with a European company, regardless of their level of disability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Given the social and economic importance of this service for airport operators, it is necessary to carry out comprehensive <strong>controls and monitoring of assistance services for PRM,<\/strong> helping to continuously improve the service and ensuring that the stipulated quality standards are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AERTEC has implemented projects of this type at AENA airports, carrying out a wide range of control and monitoring tasks, including: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On-site control and monitoring of services for PRM <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring reports on assistance services for PRM <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calculating the service provider\u2019s quality compliance rates <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of incidents and delays attributed to PRM assistance services <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drafting of non-compliance reports <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drafting of penalties in the event of serious breaches by the service provider <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of reports and statistics on assistance services for PRM aimed at airlines<li>Auditing of the data recorded by the provider <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auditing of the condition and usage of equipment involved in the provision of the service <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auditing of the training of assistance personnel <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auditing of the service provision procedure <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document control audits <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographic and video reports on assistance services for PRM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
