Support to Beluga XL aircraft development and A330 MTOW 251T weight reduction project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Monitoring, control and synchronisation of the project in terms of Quality, Costs and Planning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Monitoring of the progress of engineering and manufacturing work, for internal and external functions with the supplier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Synchronisation of activities and re-planning of tasks, milestone tracking, impact management and prioritisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ac Monitoring and measurement of project status for decision making.
