Among them, AERTEC, an international company specialising in aerospace and defence technology, will be attending ADM this year as a ‘GOLD’ sponsor to showcase its main products and services at its stand. technological developments aerospace-oriented company's products.

Among the innovations to be presented by AERTEC, it is worth mentioning the development of intelligent and dynamic solutions for electrical power distribution in aircraft, The new technologies, which constitute a further step in increasing the efficiency of sustainable aircraft for contribute to the Zero Emissions challenge by 2050. In this respect, AERTEC is developing innovative solutions that allow the aircraft to decide intelligently, autonomously and in real time the electrical power to be allocated to each system of the aircraft. Decision-making is managed dynamically, taking into account the flight phase of the aircraft and the electrical power demand of each aircraft load.

“A typical example is that of the engines. It is during the take-off phase that aircraft require the most thrust and this is when the system developed by AERTEC can automatically allocate 80% of the total power generated to them, reducing the power allocated to other less important systems,” explain company sources. “However, during the cruise or landing phase of flight, the energy needs of the engines are lower, and more power can then be allocated to ventilation, on-board entertainment or lighting systems, for example.

One of the products that make up a comprehensive electrical power management and distribution concept is the AS27, which uses solid state relays SSPCs (Solid State Power Controllers) based on silicon carbide (SiC) technology. “AERTEC is currently one of the few companies that has achieved a modular system capable of switching between multiple voltages: 115 VAC, 230 VAC, 270 VDC and ±270 VDC, 540VDC.”

“The importance of AERTEC's AS27 is that we are at a key moment in time for the common goal of climate-neutral aviation. The aviation industry is addressing the use of alternative energy sources in flights while reducing the total energy required for flight. In this scenario, management and distribution systems are an absolutely critical system for all sustainable aircraft and key to ensuring the efficiency of sustainable aircraft and the powering of loads”, AERTEC points out.

Participation in the panel on advanced air mobility

It is precisely in this line that the panel of experts in which AERTEC will be present at this 12th edition of ADM is framed, entitled UAS and Advanced Air Mobility: Challenges and Opportunities. Rafael Márquez, Business Development Director for Aerospace and Defence Systems at AERTEC, will speak on 15 May at 11:20am, together with José Ignacio Rodriguez, from Bluenest by Globalvia, and Antidio Viguria, from CATEC, in a panel discussion moderated by Mélanie Durth, head of innovation at the Andalusia Aerospace Cluster. The key topics Topics to be addressed by these experts include Advanced Air Mobility market trends, airspace and regulations, airspace integration and transport systems, and vertiports.

In addition, as usual, AERTEC held numerous meetings with partners and collaborators during the three days of the exhibition.

[55
380,332,139,77,30
post-5485","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","tag-aviacion-sostenible","tag-descarbonizacion","tag-feria","tag-sostenibilidad","tag-tecnologia
["GET
