It is a technological solution for the digitised manufacture of electrical wiring harnesses, the assembly of parts and preforms or the assembly of equipment. A process <strong>100% Industry 4.0 compatible<\/strong> and addressed to <strong>improve the work of operators by reducing costs, preparation and contact times and improving the final quality of the product.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5>Aimed at improving the work of operators by reducing costs, preparation and contact times, and improving the final quality of the product.<\/h5>\n<p>i-Workbench is a system that has been custom-designed for operators in the manufacturing process. It reduces eyestrain by providing optical overhead projectors with ultraviolet filters that prevent the effects of radiation on the eyes; provides direct access to the workstation information system through interactive, digital production orders; provides real-time, up-to-date information on standards, models, databases and diagrams\/drawings; includes dynamic software with an incident visualisation system; and monitors production in real time.<\/p>\n<p>AERTEC already collaborated with Airbus DS more than two years ago in the implementation of this new manufacturing technology at the Tablada plant in Seville, and its good results allowed this solution to be exported to the Airbus plant in Hamburg at the end of last year. In this new contract, <strong>AERTEC Solutions will supply the equipment and supervise the integration process.<\/strong> of this intelligent manufacturing system at the European manufacturer's facilities in Warsaw. This new achievement comes in addition to the specialised engineering work that AERTEC is carrying out for the <strong>industrialisation, control and management of aeronautical manufacturing programmes<\/strong> and <strong>implementation of technological solutions for plant control<\/strong>.
