AERTEC Solutions at Farnborough International Airshow

A new edition of the Farnborough International Airshow was kicking off last Monday in Hampshire (United Kingdom). This is one of the most important events in the European aerospace industry, one that will bring together over 1,500 companies from fifty countries.

The technology developed by AERTEC Solutions has been part of leading international aviation programmes for over 20 years.

AERTEC Solutions, the international engineering and consulting firm specialising in aeronautics, is there with its own stand in the British pavilion where it will display its specialised industrial engineering and manufacturing services, with special emphasis on the tool design that the company carries out at its British subsidiary.

The international company has over two decades of experience in industrialisation processes for aviation facilities, which rely on integrated and customised management involving the application of Lean Manufacturing. The company has also established itself over the last decade as a manufacturing engineering firm, becoming a preferred provider of Manufacturing Engineering Services (ME3S) and a Programme Manager (PMO) for Airbus, taking part in its main aeronautical programmes in Europe.

The company also wants to use the Farnborough International Airshow as a platform to showcase its specialisation in tooling. The AERTEC Solutions tooling service includes designing tools for applications, tooling quality services (certifications, audits, QIP, IVU, etc.), design of automated systems, start-up and configuration, project management, consulting on R&D projects, additive manufacturing solutions and technologies to improve remote assistance, such as Augmented Reality.

The technology developed by AERTEC Solutions has been part of leading international aviation programmes for over 20 years, and covers the design of aviation facilities, control and management of manufacturing processes, the development of testing systems and the implementation of plant control IT solutions.
