Job description
AERTEC, an international engineering and consultancy firm specialised in the aerospace industry is looking for Electrical Design Engineer to provide support to customers in the Toulouse area.
Your main tasks will be :
- To design electrical wiring interconnection system aerospace components, such as complete harnesses, its supporting brackets to structure, electrical control units, avionics racks, cockpit control panels, FTI components…
- To master the electrical design methods and tools and knowledge of the processes at the electrical manufacturing workshop and the electrical system installation plant.
- 3D rout in accordance with Electrical Design Directives from preliminary and final Wiring Diagrams.
- To produce detailed drawings of the flattened harness.
- To produce the final DMU of the installation and to feed the electrical databases.
- To liaise with production and provide support to harness manufacturing and electrical installation should have knowledge of MRB
procedures, non-conformance management and DQN´s, corrective actions and continuous improvement. - To report and present conclusions to internal and external customers.

Requirements
Minimum educational qualifications:
Bac+3 / Bac +5 (mechanical or electrical).
Minimum experience:
2 years of experience in a similar role ( apprenticeship included) in the aerospace sector.
Minimum requirements:
- Knowledge of electrical design tools such as CATIA v5 (general & electrical modules), SeeXP, PDMLink, CIRCE, PRIMES SSI, GILDA, SIDIE…
- English B2.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of AIRBUS methods such AP2997, AM5011, AM5061.
