Fifty international experts from various different countries will get together on 20 and 21 September for the Malaga Aviation Forum International Congress, organised by AERTEC Solutions, an engineering and consultancy firm specialised in aeronautics. The goal of this meeting is to share each other’s views and experiences in order to build a complete picture of current and future airports.

50 international experts will gather at Centre Pompidou in Malaga to share their vision on the technology that will shape airports in the future.

The programme is made up of four lectures and a round table, and will involve an analysis of the new technologies that will shape the airports of the future, passenger experience, the increase in non-aeronautical revenue and the optimisation of operational costs. Real case studies from Europe, the USA and the Middle East will be discussed in order to exchange specific experiences of existing and future technologies that will influence the planning, development and operation of airports in the coming years. Leading companies and entities in the airport industry, such as AENA, Ferrovial, the Hettema Group, Mott MacDonald, Munich Airport, daa International and Fraport, are part of Malaga Aviation Forum’s programme.

The experts will focus on how passenger experience has changed and, above all, how to improve it in the future. This, moreover, is one of the main objectives of airports, which are looking to be more than mere transit centres and instead become destinations in their own right.

The auditorium at Centre Pompidou in the city of Malaga will host the Malaga Aviation Forum. This will also be the second edition of the International Airport Congress, which was held last year in the same place, also organised by AERTEC Solutions. AERTEC Solutions is an engineering and consultancy firm specialised in aeronautics, with over 20 years of experience and with references at more than 130 airports across 40 countries. AERTEC’s international projects currently account for more than 80% of the company’s airport business.
